Les tissus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9s selon le protocole standard avec 2,5 % de glutarald\u00e9hyde dans un tampon PHEM, suivis d&rsquo;une post-fixation dans 0,5 % d&rsquo;osmium et 0,8 % de ferrocyanure de potassium pendant 2 heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Les sections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es sur des grilles \u00e0 trou unique ou \u00e0 mailles 200.  <\/p>\n<p>Les grilles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es avec Uranyless pendant 7 minutes,
